Your psychotherapist
“My journey started with the discovery of the Nonviolent Communication NVC® while I was working at my first job after my PhD. Then, I “met” the Internal Family System psychotherapy model (IFS®) which is so remarkable. Both enabled me to get answers and provoked inner (and external) life changes that I had been searching for and trying to reach in vain with the help of psychoanalysis or classical psychology. NVC and IFS have deeply influenced my personal and professional life so much so that I have been welcoming patients and exercising as a psychotherapist for several years now. I slowly moved away from my engineer and researcher career. It was not planned. And I am really grateful and happy.
Using the Relational Intelligence (RI®) model which includes and even goes beyond NVC and IFS, I have been seeing patients online or at my office in Grenoble or Lyon, France for several years now.”

A supervised and critiqued therapy practice
The practice of the RI® model is overseen by the Self Therapy Training Institute (STF)
I have confidence in the model and my abilities to support you effectively. To this end, I also rely on a strong network of colleagues. I am engaged in a certification process that includes several prerequisites (a certain number of supervision hours, training, etc.). I do not view my practice as something static. It must be regularly challenged, critiqued, and discussed, as well as continuously enriched and refined with new elements, different practices, and the contributions of the peer community.
My background as a researcher is certainly not unrelated to this natural inclination. You can rest assured that I am fully committed to refining my practice and, when necessary, questioning it.
If, despite my “expertise,” we are unable to achieve the goals you have for your therapy, I will not hesitate to refer you (i.e., recommend another professional).
